My Lingerie Factory is operated by Wuxi Ronaldo Clothing Co., Ltd. If you would like us to delete personal information that we hold about you, please follow the instructions below.

How to submit a request

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Tell us the email address or contact details you used when communicating with us, and briefly describe the information you want deleted.
3. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized requests.

What happens next

We will review your request and delete or anonymize personal information where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for a limited period to respond to an inquiry, manage an order or business relationship, meet legal, accounting or tax obligations, or protect our systems. If information must be retained, we will explain the reason where reasonably possible.

Requests connected to Facebook or Instagram

If you authorized an application or connected service through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove that authorization from the relevant platform settings. Please email us as described above so we can review any information held by Wuxi Ronaldo Clothing Co., Ltd.
