Unused Private-Label Lingerie Labels: Confirm the Remaining Stock

A remaining-label count is not an instruction to use those labels on another order. After a private-label lingerie project, establish which branded labels remain before discussing their next use. Keep the stock record and the proposed action as two separate decisions.

Start with a real label reference, not a general branding promise

Our OEM and private-label service includes labels, swing tags and packaging among the items buyers can discuss. The Polka-Dot Lace-Trim Seamless Panty, RN-SP-448 also lists custom logo and label options. These references establish a relevant starting point for an inquiry; they do not establish that spare labels exist, or that label storage, return or reuse has been agreed for your order.

Identify the completed order, exact label artwork revision and label type. A sewn-in brand label, size label and swing tag are different items even when they carry the same brand. An older logo or size statement should not disappear into one total marked “labels.”

Ask what the balance actually includes

Request a dated record separating labels received for the project, labels used on approved garments, rejected or damaged labels, and physically counted unused labels. If a quantity is not verified, leave it pending rather than entering zero. Ask whether any labels are attached to work still in progress: those should not silently become available stock for a new project.

The purpose is not to impose an invented loss allowance. It is to find out whether the stated balance refers to unused loose labels, labels already allocated to garments, or merely a calculated expectation. A photograph may help identify a label revision, but does not by itself verify the entire quantity.

Agree the next action separately

Ask which options can actually be offered: holding the balance, returning it, or allocating a specified quantity to a named reorder. Confirm the applicable terms rather than assuming a free storage period or automatic reservation. Ownership, custody, charges and any other handling arrangement require project-specific agreement; this guide does not establish those terms.

For proposed reuse, match the old label revision with the new garment, size range and approved branding. A forecast or interest in another order is not the same as a confirmed instruction to use the balance. Keep the dated count, agreed action and quantity allocated to the new order together, while preserving the original record.

Send a bounded question

Request confirmation of your private-label requirements with the product link, completed-order reference, label artwork revision and the question you need answered. Ask about an actual balance before making a new label purchase or treating a reorder as already covered. No remaining quantity or handling service is assumed until confirmed.
